（圣灵果子忍耐篇节选）说到忍耐，我会想，如果不忍耐，会出现什么样的局面呢？好像是一根橡皮筋，忍耐的时候就是在用手拉扯它，那当你一说，我不忍耐了，我不管了，就是说放手了，让橡皮筋飞出去了，并且要记住哦，橡皮筋之前是在被拉扯的状态，所以一旦它没有受控制地飞出去，是相当有力度的，弹到别人的身上是会疼的。诶，这就是不忍耐的结果。

（圣灵果子恩慈篇节选）既然忍耐和恩慈常常被放在一起，难免就会拿出来作比较。有人说忍耐是消极的反应，比方说，环境条件艰苦，我选择忍耐，忍住。别人误会冤枉我，对我不好，我明明可以报复的，但我选择忍耐不报复，压制自己。而恩慈呢，却完全相反，它表示着积极地，正面的态度。有点好像是被别人打了一巴掌，不但不生气发怒，反而微笑着对别人说，我原谅你了。

（圣灵果子良善篇节选）圣经说，除了神以外，再没有良善。什么是良善呢？乐欣的第一反应是好人，一个不怎么做坏事有坏心思，内心单纯善良没恶意的人。是不是就这样就ok了呢，唔，也不是的，以这种标准呢充其量只是一个懂得明哲保身的聪明人，距离良善还有一定的距离。就像乐欣之前说到的，真正的良善，明哲保身的聪明人的升级版，或者说是神级版，还包含了愿意超越公义公平去帮助造就别人。这一点，唔~~~绝对是相当难做到的，也难怪说成是神级版了。
